Dear sir, I have booked ticket to vijayawada from bangalore for journey on 10.09.2016 and the transaction of payment has been completed and payment online has been made through icici bank. But the ticket was not generated. The ticket are in the names of t k sreenivas, tk uma, s saroja, date of journey 10.09.2016 - train : 17212 - kondaveedu express. As the ticket was not generated, i checked my transactions and finding the booking not made i have rebooked the tickets. The amount is rs. 2176/-.
