If any patient travel in like Kissan express train, he is very un- comfortable to travel in second setting couch, he can not laying due to less space and over filling, so if possible there should be sleeper couch also in express trains. I see this type of problem so many times, so think about un-healthy persons and ladies which are suffering with labor problem. please forward this msg to railway minister or high level, so they think about this.
