The below attached mail details are given by icici bank people. Now, irctc people need to give confirmation by checking updated statement (Mine). But still now, they are not responding from last 6 months. Please help on this. Dear mr. Babu, We understand your concern. As per our telephonic conversation today, we have addressed your query mentioned below. The amount of rs. 222.29, rs. 581.80 dated october 25, 2018 and october 14, 2018 is successfully debited towards paytm mobile solution from your account through reference number [protected] and [protected] respectively. If the transaction is unsuccessful or failed, we request you to wait for 7 days from the date of transaction. The funds will be reversed to your account. Since, the funds have not been reversed, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant (Which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction). The merchant communication should confirm the non receipt of funds (Along with amount and date of transaction) at their end. This will help us to raise a dispute against the transaction.
