Sir, My irctc id bcreddy001. I booked one ticket on 13.2.2018 from mahabubnagar to chittoor journey on 11.3.2018.in this regard amount deducted from my icici bank a/c no.[protected] for rs.1460/- vide receipt no. Vin/www irctc c/201 [protected]/0. But ticket ticket details not received. The above transaction amount is still pending. Pl look into the matter and settle the matter at an early date.
