Im traveling from mumbai to chandigarh in paschim express (Train number-12925). Im having issues with the price of the services provided by indian railways in trains. Instead of rail neer water bottle, they are selling some "pavan" water bottles and also charging more than the mrp. Mrp of this bottle is inr 15, they charged me inr 20 and refused to return rs. 5. When i told them about registering complaint, they tried to threaten me. Also, none of your helpline numbers are working. Really worst service provided by indian railways.
