CHAR DHAM YATRA ARRANGED BY IRCTC FROM 02/03-06-19 TO 16-06-19 FROM PUNE. INFORMATION RECEIVED - I m 78 yrs old n was looking for such your n got from net. Other private organisations r also arranging such tours. PRICE RANGE - IRCTC- 39, 790/- for 2 tier. Private- 27, 000/-. IRCTC charges r 35 percent higher than private parties, keeping d facilities same as IRCTC. Like- 2 tier a/c coach, a/c busses, a/c busses, a/c hotel accommodation, free foods like ur add. REASON OF PURCHASE FROM IRCTC - In spite of 35 percent higher charges, I purchased from IRCTC hoping better services than others. RESULT - Absolutely disheartened, Cheated in all d fields, Absolutely missmanagement, Communication gap among Crews, " Chalta hai" type attitude of P.R. of d tour Mr. R.N.Singh. Resulting anger cropped up among passengers. Mr. R.N.Singh had to ask apologies time n again. Examples of why n how - 1) PROVIDING OF A/C HOTEL ACCOMODATION - Only at one place at Haridwar all were provided a/c rooms. There after no a/c rooms. We started feeling CHEATED by IRCTC. Mr. R.N.Singh remain silent instead of answering. At other places d hotels provided were of inferior type. No hot water supply, no towels, no soap, , uncleaned toilets, improper ventilation etc. IS IRCTC IS PROVIDING SUCH ARRANGEMENTS? 2) PROVIDING O A/C BUSSES.- Before boarding at Haridwar we were told a/c bus have been arranged. After starting, on repeated asking driver told that there is no such contract. On repeated requests we made d driver stop at a point.after strong protests a/c bus was arranged up to Hrishikesh only. From Hrishikesh 25 seater non a/c bus was arranged. In that particular bus at least 10 seats were damaged. Very very uncomfortable situation specially for senior citizens. LAST 10 DAYS WE WERE COMPELLED TO TRAVELL BY THIS BUS. IS IT NT BREACH OF CONTRACT BY IRCTC? NO REPLY FROM MR. R.N.SINGH. 4) CHANGE OF ITINERARY - Hotel stay was scheduled by IRCTC on 22-06-19 at Badrinath n on 13-06-19 at Srinagar. The schedule was changed perposefully to avoid staying at good hotels. Passengers lost their cool. 5) SECURITY- There were no security from Pune to Haridwar. NOW WE DEMAND SATIFACTORY REPLY FRO U AT D EARLIEST ON D FOLLOWING POINTS. a) IF ALL ABOVE THINGS HAVE BEEN DONE UNDER D GUIDANCE OF IRCTC? b) If IRCTC accepts all d above responsibility? c)If not why not? d) If yes what action u r going to take against the contractor n d responsible officials? e) I[censored] r taking responsibility, what compensation u r going to provide us, because of hardships faced by us for nt providing assured facilities? IF NO REPLY IS RECEIVED IN REASONABLE TIME, WE SH BE FORCED TO TAKE UP D MATTER TO ESCALATED LEVEL. Different passengers sh take up d matter in their own way which may be noted. I booked ticket on 15 June for 2 person and payment was done by debit card . problem is money is debited from bank but ticket is not booked ...it said not responce from bank end

The behaviour of the staff at cloak room was very bad... There was no pillion staff to put the luggage in the luggage room and when I asked to call his staff he yelled and behaved badly..
