Dear sir, I have booked a railway ticket on 29th november, 2017 from irctc ltd from new delhi to bhopal by ndls shatabdi for 19th december, 2017. I have paid rs.2359/06 through my credit card (Master card) no.[protected]. The transaction id : [protected]. The ticket has not been booked through this transaction id but the payment has been debited in my credit card. The ticket shows some error at response parasing (Transaction id: [protected]). I request you to do the needful at your end and credited the amount of rs.2359.06 in my credit card account. I am attaching herewith the indian railway catering and tourism corporation limited book ticket - journey summary for your kind perusal. I request you to refund/credit the amount of rs.2359.06.
