I have booked tickets from irctc mobile application and the payment was made though mobikwik wallet. The wallet showed a charge of 0.9% + gst on payment gateways but they were actually deducting more than 2% on it. I complained to mobikwik but in vain. Hence i request you to look into the matter and reverse all the extra charges deducted from my account in all the tickets i have made through mobikwik.. Since it shows that irctc has no check on this charges actually deducted from the customer's account by the payment gateways, it’s possible that payment gateways would have charged much higher to the gullible customers than their charges actually displayed on the irctc site.
