In train no. 12284 hazrat nizamuddin to ernakulam which depated from saturday 29th october 2016, the pantry was supplying the used food boxes, (the foil boxes which was used to supply breakfast, collected back) was filled again with lunch and dinner and supplied back to the passengers. this caught redhandedly and the pantry fellows had no answer. kindly take action against this un hygenic conduct. Pnr no is [protected] we have not traveled on that train due to the delay more than 4 hours.
Till now I haven't received the refund amount. And also I want to know the status of my tdr. Kindly do the needful.
