On 07.01.2019, i tried to book a double bed retiring room at "durgapur" railway station against pnr no. [protected] for dt.08.01.2019 through guest login id.in the process of booking i paid an amount of rs. 404/- through my upi (Phonepay app). I would like to inform you that amount (Rs. 404/-) was debited from my bank account but i did not received any confirmation of booking of retiring room. Next time another room was booked against the same pnr no. [protected]. Hi, i am Partha. my user ID is parthajyotidevsarmah, My cellphone number is [protected].I received my e-mail OTP. but i missed my Mobile OTP. I tried to resend mobile Id, it says my user ID was exceeded for today-58082, so i am not receiced my otp. please activate my account now and, send my MobileOTP. thankyou.
