Irctc — refund of failed transaction-online booking I booked 4 times 2 person tatkal ticket from thane to mohol (Train no 12115) on 17/07/2017 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 1613.78/- was, however, debited to my icici account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], dated 17/07/2017.
