Hi, I have booked a tkt (Pnr no[[protected]]) to travel from moradabad) (Mb) to lucknow (Lko) on 25th apr 2018 and i did no travel as train was late for almost 12 hrs, so i filed a tdr on same day. As per status tdr got approved on 03 may 2018 but i didn't got the refund. I have been pursuing this for almost half a year and the money is not yet refunded. I don't know where to approach for this case. I visited railway station for this case but proved to be of no help. Irctc is providing this feature of tdr but i dont get the meaning of putting such a feature and the complaints not getting solved. Please help to get my refund back.
