Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money debited and transaction failed | |
About 6 days ago i tried to book railway tickets to katra from karnal through irctc but during the booking my transaction failed and money hot deducted from my account and it still didn't get credited back!! I tried a lot but all was in vain. It was written above my failed transaction that my money deducted for a failed transaction will be credited back within 3-4 working days but its almost 7 days and no money is credited!! I was booking suvidha express from Mumbai to Patna for 4 passenger through irctc while booking fare was rs2205 per person and total was rs8820 but after I filled the card details and make the payment they debited rs21540 then I checked the tickets then show they increased the ticket price but this is unfair.

There is no Lights and no fans are in working condition. We have to go Ahmedabad and it's very long distance.
I'm complaining this it means me and all other passengers in this coach are suffering from this Summer. Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible.
