Hi I Tried to book a ticket from IRCTC app on 16th June via the IRCTC App. I used Citibank credit card to make payment of Rs.4907.94. Money was debited from Card but the status of the transaction is mentioned as "Pending from Bank End" and the ticket is also not Booked. Please arrange for a refund of the amount.
