Hi, Booked ticket on irctc on 11-nov-2018 using sbi net banking pay amount debited inr 3865 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message revived from my bank as below: Tank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. Sir my ticket transaction id is [protected] I booked tatkal ticket on 4th October 2018 from ALJN to PNBE on Magadh Express my money was deducted but ticket was not booked I waited 15days still my money is not refunded.

IRCTC Ticke was cancelled on November 1, 2018 and I still haven't received refund, but refund shows credited to zaakpay. Please credit amount to my bank account.
