Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money deducted twice but ticket not booked

I was trying to book the ticket on 11 aug 2017 for the journey date 12aug 2017, from bangalore to hyderabad from irctc app, but the ticket was not booked and i tried booking second time but both the time it showed "error" while processing after entering the otp, and when i checked i knew rs479.98was deducted twice. I request you to take proper actions as soon as possible. I am sending you the id number of the amount being deducted from my account.

I tried booking from benglore to pune on 1 st August and payment rejected while trying through ICICI gateway with transaction ID [protected]. No records while filling TDR for this ID. Waiting for refund. Kindly help.
