I have cancelled one eticket using irctc website on 29th december 2017. I can see the refund status as "sent to bank" since 20 days. But money is not credited to my icici credit card. What should i do to get my money. Pnr no: [protected] Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected] Transaction id: [protected] Icici credit card: xxxx xxxx xxxx 9006 (Ticket was done using this card) I have sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in.
