I have booked my ticket with transaction id number[protected] from new delhi to ranchi on 08-oct-2017.
My date of journey was 26-oct-2017. Due to some reason i have cancelled my ticket on 16-oct-2017. I have not yet credited my refund money
Rs.805.0/- in my account as it shows that money has refunded in the dialogue box.

Dear Team,
I am not get refund after cancellation of ticket.Transaction is done by Axis Bank but refund is done in HDFC Bank. and there is no one to acknodleage this problem, I mailed to '[protected]@irctc.co.in' no answer is given by your team.
