I have booked 2 railway tickets through IRCTC mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 15 min and my money got debited INR 721/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when I was checked my account statement the I got remarks in narration column ''[protected]- PAYTMIRCTCECATERING'' and reference number not received on mail and transaction date is 01/07/2018. Train name is Devagiri Express from Kalyan to Nizamabad but still my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||||
