4/05/15 [protected] It was the incident in which the irtc fails to gave proper information to consumer and consumer are goes in big problem through irtc mistake. I had booked ticket in waiting for valsad to nizamudin on 2a class. They total are 8 tickets of waiting in which 3 are confirmed and 3 are in waiting list and 2 are canceled without any msg or notification. So that is the problem without any information we cannot able to book new tatkal ticket lack of information. And then we goes to the train becoz we having tickets of waiting Then railway tt also have no manners to talk with consumer they talk like a grand of the train. And they also give the bribery for travleling rs.11000 of two persons otherwise says whose pessenger having no ticket outside from the train on nexxt stop. Thosse passenger are senior citizen whnever any injury will make of them the irtc wwas responsible for all. 2. The cancellation of ticket their refund also cannot be refund. Passeger name 1.
