Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no pnr no | |
I booked the tickets money paid and it returned to irctc site and showing not processed try again. I checked in "last pending transaction history" it is showing "payment requested" when i click on transaction id, it is showing booked, but no pnr no. I called customer care and explained the senario she said wait for 5 min if you get pnr then ticket is booked other wise no. I asked her take is as compaint she said i cant?? One question to irctc guys is, how customer can proceed in this situation??? Firstly, we cant wait for 5 min since it is tatkal quota no tickets will be available.. Lets say if we dont wait and proceed for booking another ticket and let say pnr is generated for previous booking double money is wasted, since if we cancel ticket of tatkal no money refunding...
