I have purchased a Railway ticket for the journey from Gorakhpur to Kolkata from Gorakhpur PRS. I purchased the ticket by swiping the Debit card. Due to some reason the ticket was cancelled on 22.5.2017 and refunded amount on cancellation of the ticket has not been credited to my account till date.
