I cancelled my ticket pnr no [protected] on 15th jan 2018. But my refund, money of rs.1600 has not been credited to my bank account. Iorct claims that their receipt no. [protected] that they refunded the money but the same has not been credited in to my bank account. Daily i am calling irctc sutomer care no use and daily i am writing mail irctc service in the matter of refund is not at all satisfactory. Request speedy action Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, On 1st Feb 2018, I try to book train ticket of Taj Express(Train no.-12280) from New Delhi to Raja ki Mandi on IRCTC mobile app.I made payment through BHIM app .Rupees deducted from my account, and Payment also approved. But tickect is not booked. so Please resolve my complaint. (transaction id :[protected]payment gateway :- Razorpay).
