I have cancelled my train tickets of Mangala Express on 12/04/2017 at Kalyan Reservation Counter. I paid through Dedit card and till know amount is not credited in my account.

I have contacted kalyan Railway reservation counter but they are unanswerable, it is unfortunate.

please solve the problem earliest.

In train number 12368 (41 seat) were available while I go for payment from anvt to pnbe but after payment it is waiting 12.
This is very embarrassing. How can one get confirm ticket within a second. This is sure a subject of black ticketing.

Name :- HWH-YPR Duronto Exp
Fare :- 1505
Refund amnt :- 1385

But the amount still has not been refunded . I am totally fed up with the system. It is my humble request, please check the matter and resolve it asap.
