I have booked a seat train no 12236 on 05 sep 17 from moradabad to diphu from prs and made payment through my sbi credit card. My pnr no was[protected]. On morning of 05 sep 17, i received a message from railway that the train has been cancelled. Immediately, i cancelled the ticket for refund of rs 3804. My cancelled ticket no is 37304768.
