My parents have booked tickets from dr. Ambedkar nagar to katra on 8th april, 2019 from the railway counter of dr. Ambedkar nagar (Mhow). But the lady booking the ticket was very new and she booked the tickets for wrong date. So she cancelled the ticket and said we would get the refund and we booked another tickets of correct date. Transaction done was from bank of india account. We have received partial refund but some amount of rs. 3, 798 is still left. Transaction number of bank for this debited amount is medr/wr - mhow /44611/ We have given written complain to bank of india, they are telling us to bring details information from railway and railway is telling that they have send the details. My pnr no [protected]. My " ticket book if confirm birth allocated" preference already selected, then why tatkal waiting ticket has been booked . Please clarify. I want my full money back without cancellation fees.
