Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non refund of my dropped transaction under tatkal quota | |||||
I tried to get a seat from jhansi to ernakulam for 28 nov 17 under tatkal quota but transaction id [protected] dropped in between. As per the heard rule my refund should be made within 3-5 days but it is not done. I have also sent the email twice but no response. Can i have other procedure to get my refund from indian railways. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 04, 2018 sonukk9934's response I had cancelled the ticket on 30.11.2017. And amount of 1240 has to be credited to my account. But after 5 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 31.11.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,
