Today i m travelling to adrash nagar railway station to kurukshetra junction so i buy a ticket from adarsh nagar to kkrd junction with double check that emu ticket no.27138666 nd when we reached to station panipat we knw dat dis train is not going to kurukshetra since from last 2 month nd the lady staff on adrash nagar issued a ticket of kkrd, so we were going to complaint about it in panipat junction, the staff of dat junction sitted in enquiry office denied to gave complaint register by say dat u take ticket from adrash nagar so u have to file complaint there not here she is a lady staff (Clerk) in enquiry office after some argument she gave but when i was written my complaint them don't even sign on it nd jst tear the complaint sheet nd give it to me by saying we reached not authorised person to sign on it, railway staff doesn't have knowledge way they r saying or wat was the procedure so, i just need my money as a refund.
