Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Poor maintenance & Services in Shatabdi | |
This complaint is based on feedback from my my wife, who was travelling from Delhi to Chandigarh via Shatabdi express (12005) on 23 Oct'16.. The feedback she gave was to the worst ever heard by me, and pics she shared are evidence of the true pathetic condition of railways, even in the luxury trains like of Shatabdi.. The coach C1 had nearly non working LCD screens, the snacks served (Kachori) was hard enough to tighten the loosen screws of the tray table at the seats, sandwich was at least two days old &smelly and top of it, no one was ready in the train to accept the poor feedback... Should that be typically 'non-empathetic' attitude or what... I don't know.. But for sure, this surge pricing system has no benefit to the railways customers... Would Northern Railways be willing to act on this.. or provide suitable compensation... I leave it to the forum and management of the Indian railways... Was this information helpful? | |
