I booked a ticket from anvt to btt in tatkal qouta but i get wl. So i cancel my ticket. But the refundable amount not credited in my bank account which is uses at the ticket booking. Detail below..

I booked season ticket (Railway pass) quarterly on 02 Feb 2018 using IRCTC website . Ticket is booked and amount is also deducted however ticket is not delivered till date.

Journey date is 16 Feb 2018, Request you to kindly look into this issue on urgent basis.

I want to view my old tickets booked & cancelled last one year. As they mentioned ., that can be shown in old transaction history tab. which is not present in current website.
