I had booked a ticket in train no 12303 for journey date 09/09/2017 for which details are as follows - Transaction id : [protected], pnr no. : [protected] Train no. & name : 12303 / poorva express Date of booking : 28-jul-2017, class : second ac Date of journey : 09-sep-2017, from : hwh, to : ndls Boarding at : jsme date of boarding : 09-sep-2017 Reservation upto : ndls Scheduled departure : 12:15 hrs Due to some reason train got cancelled. Please refer to the following link http://www.indianrailwaynews.com/cancelled-trains-today/[protected]list-of-cance...⇄ As per rule refund amount should have been given to me within 3-4 business days but as per irctc reply train was not marked cancelled in their system. So they have not refunded my money. I have also attached the text message sent by irctc regarding the train cancellation.
