Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund issue | |
Wrt [protected], i have booked 4 tickets. Out of 4 tickets 2 got confirmed and 2 were still waiting state only but i didn't received any refund confirmation for those 2 waiting tickets. When i approached to irctc call center they stated that "i need to cancel the waiting list tickets within 30 mins of chat preparation but am not aware of that process and i didn't cancelled them. Could you please help me how can i get the refund amount? It's almost 3200 rupees which i was losing not aware of process. 3200 rs is not small amount for middle class citizen like me.
