Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not credited

I had made a booking for 3 travellers on 25 november 2017. I requested a partial refund due to a change in personal circumstances and the message received is that the refund was credited to PAYTMAG but I have used netbanking to proceed with the transaction.
I have already emailed [protected]@irctc as well as tweeted the same to Indian railways but got no response. Moreover the credit is still not in my account.
Posting screenshot of the message. I want to know what is this paytmag and does it mean it gets credited to the registered mobile number as paytm wallet balance? Where can I trace.
