Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not credited to my account | |||||
I booked tickes for nazibabad on22 or23 march 2019 through my user id aakhan9802 and done payment by pnb debit card. The date of journey was 10th of june 2019. But on 2nd june i had to cancelled all tickets, on 5th june refund message sent by irctc but till date not a single amount of cancelled tickets was credited to my acciunt. I complained irctc about the amount not credite to my account, irctc asked for bank statement and total detail, but still money was not refunded Was this information helpful? | |||||
