Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received, denying refund | |||||
I have booked ticket from ltt to spj pnr no. [protected]. Date of travel was[protected]. When i booked ticket then ticket status was rac. Before 2 days of journey my ticket got confirmed and i have recieved confirmation massage also from railway. When final charting done then my name not came in list. When i checked ticket status online then it was showing status as ' no room'. Then i contacted irctc they suggested to file tdr. I tried file tdr. But there was not listed reason no room which i have to select and file tdr. Then i sent a mail regarding tdr to irctc then they replied me to that this pnr has been seized from railway you can not file tdr. Then i demanded for refund then they are denying to refund. I have call so many times but they are not responding well and disconnecting call every time after listening details. I have contacted railway station regardng this they said me to contact irctc. Irctc people not ready to refund and not giving any solution to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
