Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received in my account, paid through debit card | |||||
Hi I'm ashhar one of your customer, booked ticket (Pnr[protected] on 27/06/2018 and cancelled the same ticket on the same date. I paid through my sbi debit card, but still i have not received my refund. I went to the nearby okhla station, they said we can't do anything in this, later i went to new delhi railway station but at that time there was no connectivity, and said it will take approx 6 months. So i waited for this long time & still no success. I was able to get the contactact number 23344787, called them many times, but they don't recieve my call.
