I, sagi sankar processed a booking of room no 10 deluxe at trivandrum railway station retiring room on 01.06.18 at about 3.54 pm for the date on 21.06.18. Payment was taken from my canara bank account vide transaction id no.[protected] dtd 01.06.18 at 3.54 against my pnr - [protected], and amount was deducted from my account. But during the process due to power failure i cant take the print out from my computer and after rectifying the power failure, i was noticed that, the reservation status showing not booked ". Till date the booking amount rs.982/- was not refunded to my account. Request to refund the amount and rectify the issue on priority please. My TDR request has been approved but I haven't yet received the refund amount in my bank account.
