Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refused to provide tea/coffee to customer | |||
Am traveling by 11091 bhuj to pune exp. This train does not have a pantry car. On reaching baruch railway station i alighted and reached out to a vendor whose licence no is [protected]. I asked him to provide me a cup of tea. He refused he had tea and said coffee is available. I said ok provide me one cup.in the meantime other passengers arrived and asked him for groundnuts, soft drinks which are costlier than a cup of coffee or tea. He bluntly refused to give me coffee thereby denying me legitimate service. When i politely asked him how come he denying me when he said coffee is available. He spoke harshly in a insulting way that i am asking for a lower range product. Please warn him and ask him to behave in a properly manner and give respect to customers. I felt humiliated in public..
