This is regarding the failed transaction on 07-apr-2017 which was made on https://icommerce.icicibank.com/ICICI_IRCTC/searchTrainLand.action. the session logged me out of ticket booking immediately after amount of rs 615 was deducted. I reached out to service. [protected]@icicibank.com. Received mail from icici bank with the below mentioned details : Payment id : [protected] consumer code :[protected] Bill reference information : 104673 I reached out to irctc at [protected]@irctc.co.in, but no response about the transaction update. I donot have any transaction update since last 12 days (9 working days). Further it is not customer responsibility to reach out to merchant asking about status update of his transaction.
