Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr filed cr registered status is showing still didn't receive refund | |||
I had filed tdr against pnr number [protected] for reason "difference of fare as passenger travelled in lower class.", has been received and the reference no for this is :[protected]. I had made booking for second tier but once the chart got prepared my ticket automatically got converted into third tier ac. Technically my balance amount should get refunded automatically but that didn't happened. Then i filed tdr from irctc website its been almost a month when i had filed tdr. Now its status is showing cr registered from last 20 days. When i am asking status from irctc they are saying they forward this concern to concerned zonal railways to process refund through edr/ enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules. I just want to ask you one thing can't you check by yourself the records of this train on that particular date. There were no second tier coach available in this train. But still you are making fool of customer who are buying tickets from irctc. Is there anyone on this earth who can solve this issue or i must say is there anyone who want to solve this issue?
