Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr filed for pnr no. [protected] but refund not received & fake reason that passenger travelled

Dear sir,

3 months completed after ticket cancelled. I just spoke with irctc customer care for refund status which tdr filed.

He mentioned that irctc rejected due to passenger travelled.-
Very surprised for this reason.

Tdr filed on 2nd may 8.33 pm for pnr [protected] & train departure time was 6.25 am next morning. Ticket cancelled & tdr filed more than 9 hrs before departure of the train.
Back to the reason of passenger travelled, how this is possible. I was so sick & could not be travelled. That means the fake report generated by tc??

I have asked the tc details & verification by irctc that prove me i was travelled on that day.
I have doctor prescription that shows i was sick.

This is very poor service by irctc.

Please do the needful for my refund.

I booked the 4 tickets on 1.07.17 & noticed that wrongly booked the traveling date. On same date itself I cancelled the 4 tickets but till now refund not credited in my account. And I send several mails & call to customer but there is no response. Finally I forward the mail railway departments also but no response for that also.

The above e- Ticket PNR [protected] for Train No 16184 was purchased 0n 13/6/17 fare250 for journey on 5/8/17.
I cancelled it today i.e 28/7/17, 7days in advance .But I got a message for credit of Rs 15 only instead of Rs 250 less clerical charges.

PL VERIFY AND REFUND THE BALANCE

Quite unfortunate to see that i had been trying to register myself in IRCTC for the last six months but it is not happening, i have given all inputs correctly still it does not get registered.something very wrong in the portal, pl rectify so that the user can avail this site for booking.
