Dear sir/madam

I got an email from irctc, no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Tdr

I booked a ticket for my family for the train 02172/jat cstm spl, date of boarding: 11-jun-2017 from ludhiana, pnr no [protected] but the train was late more than 13 hours, so my family didn't traveled and i raised a tdr request before train schedule time and did well in advance as per the guidance given by both railway and irctc executive with cancellation id: [protected], tdr filing date: 11-jun-2017 12:12:00 hrs.

I had booked another ticket on 11-jun-2017 same day for same family members pnr [protected], train no./name: 12038/ldh ndls shtbdi date of boarding and booking is 11-jun-2017 from ludhiana boarding point. The train will run after couple of hours., my family was stay in railways station to board this train. Please validate the same from your end too.

How its possible the same passengers board from same boarding point i. E. Ludhiana and traveled different trains on same day with difference of just 2 hours where the distance is around 300 kms and the journey takes around 5 hours to ldh to delhi? Seems tte did not ignore the tdr history and did not marked the absent passengers. Please validate the both pnr's and passenger details on same day travelling and do the needful and refund the amount raised by tdr well in advance before train scheduled departure as its late more than 13 hours to reach ludhiana city from jammu.
