[protected]@gmail.com I have booked the irctc tickets for 3 passengers & all of the tickets booking status was in waiting list at the time of booking. When the final chart got prepared only 1 ticket got confirmed & remaining 2 tickets got automatically cancelled as they were in waiting list. Its been more than 20 days, i'm still waiting for refund. Support staff is too low qualified to understand plain english & hindi language & dont have qualification to answer user queries. We have already requested tc to give non-travel certificate as 2 ticket already not got confirmed. But he refused to give it back as said that its not required. I want my refund for tickets which didn't got confirmed.. For reference purpose i'm attaching my irctc itinerary ticket. Also i had filed the tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:20:32.303 but still havent got any response & since staff is low qualified doesnt understand my query properly Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked train on 15 may but its cancelled due to waiting list. my PNR number is :[protected]. 16 may i got message the amount will be refund with in 2-3 days but up to now i didn't get my refund amount.my Mobile no is [protected], [protected].
