Dear Sir / Madam, I have filled TDR for one of my journey as per details given below. PNR No : [protected] Train No : 02029 Train Name : CSMT KRMI SPL TDR Filling date : 25 dec 2017 01:38HRS Reason for which i have filled TDR is the train was delayed by 8hrs from originating station and railway inquiry has announced for refund. I have E-ticket so on inquiry window i have been told to file TDR so at that time only i have filled TDR. and then i have taken flight because of personal urgency but till the date i haven't got refund from indian railway. I have complained to IRCTC they are saying Konkan railway is responsible and from inquiry window i have been told to file TDR online. I need my refund back Was this information helpful? | |||

I can not cancel the ticket.No log in and password needed to open irctc.co.in, automatically it opens for booking tickets. No option is available to cancel ticket through mobile. Now I am in outstation so shall I cancel my ticket and get the refund well in time?

The service of rajdhani catering of coach B8, train no 12302, is very poor. There were no proper timing of service and cleanliness
The quality of food is also very low.
Paying such high fare for the journey and there were low grade treatment. Very disappointed.
