Hi, I have booked a ticket from jolarpettai to tenali for 22nd december. The train got delayed by more than 3hours and we did not traveled. I have filed tdr on the same day, The status of that is showing as cr repudiate and reason is as per chart, passenger has travelled. But we haven't travelled how come you give the false.
