Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — the payment made to zak pay an i have not received in my accounts

I made attempt to book ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc official website. Thrice it got failed (2 attempts from kotak and one from hdfc). The final attempt payment i got back in my kotak account the remaining two status is shown as refunded to zakpay (I dont understand what it is) when i paid from my kotak and hdfc.
