You charge us ₹775 plus tax for absolutely nothing special, the seats are just as uncomfortable as the seats in the less expensive compartments in the same train. The recliner lever does not work, it requires us to push the seats front or back ourselves, you offer “wifi termed as a magicbox” which is certainly just a joke, it does not work! But there is an other compartment with a display and better seats which costs just the same as this one, we have been told by the staff that the irctc website bifercates it’s customers as to who gets the better compartment and who gets the worse. This is a cheap way of ripping off the travellers who have no choice but to travel through the indian railway. Was this information helpful? | |||

The Chennai mysuru shatabdi train no. 12008 has name boards only in Tamil. Ideally the display of train name and destinations should be in English and Hindi and local language. It it very depressing to note this. I noticed this during my travel 8n shatabdi 12008 from mysore to Chennai. So many passengers from North were finding it difficult to identify the train. The train Number displayed is too small. Pls appeal to the concerned authorities to act in an impartial way and display boards in English and Hindi also.
