Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket booking status shows "pending from bank end"

Hi team:

Today (29 dec 2018) i have booked kmt to tpty sleeper train tickets for my journey on 03march2019. Unfortunately upon completion of payment, i see message as "pending from bank end". Here are my transaction details.

Booking transaction id -[protected]
Bank name - hdfc bank

Note:- also, i had tried to book tatkal ticket from zn to tpty for tomorrow's journey. Unfortunately that also resulted the same. It was also failed.

Can you please assist me on how will i get refund?
