Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket not confirmed but refund not initiated to my account for pnr [protected] | |||||
I booked the ticket in paschim express pnr no is [protected]. Total pessagers are 6. After charting 5 tickets were waiting and 1 as rac. But no refund amount reflected in my account. Wait listed ticket is automatically cancelled and refund process is initiated as per my understanding. Means railway promised me to provided the birth and against the birth i paid amount to railway. But railway was unable to provide me the birth, then amount needs to be refunded as i paid for the seat which railwayno allocated to me. Also want to bring your notice that the some of customer care on your site is not working on only one is working and its busy since long time. I am also not getting any help on call also through irctc. Below is my ticket details.
