I had to book a tatkal ticket through irctc app the amount was of 1020.98 rs. Was debited from my bank account but didn't got any ticket cause no ticket was available on 12th of october, Plz refund my amount. Rs1020.98 on pos [protected] at indian railways cateri txn# 278013 (Bank statement sbi). It is showing that amount not received from bank and the bank name is zaakpay pg. So kindly refund the amount to my sbi bank account from which the amount was debited. Was this information helpful? | |
